Miss M.Barth and Miss D.K. Ralls were interviewed yesterday,

and that from their personal bearing and address, they

appear to be quite suitable for the appointment they desire.

the present Command Education Officer with regard to the

character and professional qualifications of the applicants.

3. I understand it is now only necessary for these

ladies to give to the War Office one month's notice of their

resignation in the event of their being appointed to the
